Hi all
Some important news!
While it has been in the pipeline for a little while, it is now official and I wanted to just notify everyone of my plans for the near future.
After much thought and deliberation I have decided to leave Johannesburg indefinitely. I will be leaving in December. After 30 years of Jo’burg life, I am craving a change of scenery. I will not be leaving South Africa but rather exploring other parts of the country, starting in the Cape.
So what does this mean? Not much actually. There will be very little change in the daily workings of Sentient Archery and the clubs. We have an awesome team that will continue to do what they already do here in JHB and more. Under my guidance the other coaches will take over the classes I currently coach.
I will continue to work on developing the business and clubs, remotely while prospecting expansion into other parts of the country. I plan to also visit JHB occasionally to run advanced courses, events and workshops.
I am not taking this decision lightly, it is a very difficult decision but one that I am sure of. I am very confident in my team and I expect things will only continue to grow!
As always, if anyone has any concerns or questions I am here to discuss.
