  1. All 2020 club members are invited to attend.

  3. It is not a requirement for members to attend, however, only members that attend or submit a proxy form will be able to carry a vote for committee member elections and any other matters that require voting. Proxy form below.

  4. If you would like to nominate yourself for a position on the committee, please submit your name and the position in the form below. If you want to nominate someone else for a position, please confirm with them beforehand that they would like to serve on the committee.
